    I have never seen that many before, surely a .177 and a.22 is enough; saying that I have a friend that had abt 8 Mercurys at one time

    So these are the SRs of three people!

    I can completely understand collectors who have a lot of examples of the same model, each with a small variation from the other. After all, it's what marks us out as collectors - an eye for differences, whether major or minor. The problem can come when you find better examples of the same variation and for whatever reason don't move on the lesser examples...
