Tx200 red guide and piston rod

Can anyone confirm who may have made these? Bought a 2nd hand tx200hc, which is fully cerakoted in black and gold, the internals are non standard, just curious if they are LSD as I've been led to believe or not. Can't post a pic from phone but can email if anyone wants to see.

Did anyone used to own this gun who can shed light on what's been done?

The cerakote is a beautiful finish, I love it!

Just wondering if it's just a custom guide, or is it more? Are the bearings on the piston the same as standard? So many questions haha

Easiest way to find out is email Geoff Bullock at Liquid Steel designs.

He did a TX for me. Finish is great.
Piston bearings look standard in the pics

There isn't a top hat in there..... The guy I got it from didn't have the work done, it was done when he got it so he may have taken it out. I have a standard guide and top hat, could put the top hat in but it shoots sweetly and a metal top hat could upset it

yeah, don't put a heavy metal top hat back in. A lightweight delrin or ally TH would be nice though. Piston and stroke look bog standard, so shortening the stroke would help too
The std mk3 spring and the big step on the guide tell me that this was setup to not use the huge steel TH anyways.
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

There isn't anything in the piston end at the moment so I think I'll restrip it and add a slip washer in the piston end and see how it goes. In a few months I may end up with tinbum guides in it.....
