    Stripped and oiled stock.

    Was never really keen on the finish on HW’s, just a bit lifeless I always thought. Stripped the varnish tonight and oiled it, the oil is still soaking in , looks much better now. Not sure these pics will look right..

    A new toy has arrived, dead pleased with it, smooth AF. The stock has been stripped and oiled, quite enjoy doing it.

    Custom stocks recommended boiled linseed oil to me

    I used teal oil as I had it to hand.
