Every so often, although not that frequently, one encounters a 'customer is king' attitude and a readiness to make sure that their customers are looked after.

I had bought several Rapid mags from Dr Bob http://www.drbobsgunbits.com/ and have been using them for several months. However, it was the first few of a new batch which he had made and one of them was slightly 'sticky' when loading the second shot.

I phoned Dr Bob for advice on how to adjust it and he immediately said to return it and he'd replace it. He did, by return mail. And, when I thanked him by text, his response, which I hope he won't mind me quoting, was 'All part of the unlimited customer service.'

Excellent service and a company you can buy from with confidence.
