Theoben sirocco fac registered

Hi all
How can I tell if a siroc co I have just bought at auction is registered as fac ?
The auction house made no mention of it, but as I left they asked me how can I tell if it is sub 12ftlbs and this has set my alarm bells ringing.
Is there a list of theoben air rifles I can check number against ?
Serial number is TR 12683.

Any advice welcome.

Update.
It is a .22 fenman (not sirocco)
Also has holes drilled in barrel shroud front and back, do these give a clue or even serve a purpose ?

Try it across a chronograph?,over the legal limit it becomes a section one firearm,regardless of whether or not it's registered as such.

It should be sub-12. Only a very small number of Fenmans were made in FAC.

Quite a few early siroccos were made in fac, before the eliminator came out it was the only option. Would chrono it and if not over not worry about it.

Sounds more like a scirocco 2000 with the shrouded barrel.
