Horsham Hawks Summer Open Series 2018 – Round Two Results – 22.07.18

Well done everyone and very many thanks to those who turned up for the second round of the Horsham Hawks 2018 Summer Open Series. The weather held up beautifully, but there was a tricky wind in the field and elsewhere which made life difficult - very different to what was forecast. There were only two stoppages for broken strings; and I hope that everyone enjoyed themselves? It seemed to me that it was a good course? Many congratulations to our winners and to both the new shooters and to new 'personal bests' .

Below are the results, published in the usual format. Any errors are mine alone and if you would be kind enough to ‘ping me’ a note, I will make any necessary corrections.

I have uploaded the data into a spreadsheet, so that the results for the whole series can be viewed in full. These can be seen at:-

Perfect weather to enjoy another high quality course from the Hawks.
First class company too. First proper outing with the BSA, all working well.

Excellent morning was had by all...

Thanks again to the Hawkies, the effort put in is always appreciated - top course.

Bob was flying like a ........Hawk, then the gremlins bit always learn something from you mate, cheers.

Phil you are a trooper, British grit and all that

Great place to shoot, can't wait for the next one.

The new rifle is getting there, I think its shooting too fast....just need to practice more on wind reading, although that's hard when it is blowing from 3 different directions

Afraid not Russ, but I'll take a look next time I'm at the club.
