This is the black press, which is the same as the newer looking green press, it has options for seating gas check or full length re-size and lube,

Dye's included also have optional Wadcutter punch down tools made from aluminium.

It has an adaptor plate to allow it to sit into the Lee quick change base system for many different presses.
