He said people were saying they never received items so he could not send out anymore as he was fed up of these 'scammers" and he would refund me, after that no response from him whatsoever. Mines just a small amount so no real loss

He dosen't...you can delete your ad by saying its sold and that will appear on the site as 'sold'....then a couple of weeks later he will relist the very same gun he claims to have been sold....claims the rifles are his personal collection he is selling due to ill health and yet he advertises for airguns wanted for cash etc in the same freeads section, he would be classed as an unregistered firearms dealer if he really did sell all those airguns in 12 months I reckon.
Only an idiot would pay what he's asking for mostly cheap tat.
