Whats best. Skan ar 96 shot or skan r32?

Looking for advice chaps. Is the wooden stocked skan ar 96 shot better than my present r32? Both guns in .22cal. Friend of a m8 of mine might be selling his skan ar. Looks in amazing condition and recently serviced. So is it worh selling my r32 to buy it or is my r32 a better gun? Regards. Chris

I would keep the R32 every day of the week.

I never had the 96 but had a couple of 32s. It would make sense that the 32 is better as he was refining the design; be odd to go backwards. Can't remember why I sold my last 32 but I wouldn't mind another.

I was wondering how reliable the magazine is compared to the plastic crap ones on my my r32 myself?

hi I have a Skan R32 L2 .177 it is a Limited Edition and made in 2006, I have seen a lot of Skans but nothing like this one has any one
else seen another or have some info has I would like to know how many where made,

now back on subject I would say keep your R32 has the mags are OK all you have to do is change the bands,

The L2 is the model with a 15"barrel aint it? I had a limited edition skan superior mk2 . Bought in 2001. Swapped it many years ago. To nice a gun to use so spent most of its life in the cabinate. Id not but a limited model again after that.

The magazines worked fine for me. What I would say and I was told by Skan when purchasing to use the probe and seat the pellets properly in the magazine. The only thing I remember about the mags was there were some pellets that you couldn't use as I think they were too long. I remember the trigger being a fairly clunky affair but it was still a nice rifle to own and shoot.
