Does the new type HW80 breech seal fit the old barrels?

I haven't changed my breech seal on my 80 since the new barrels have been out and they look to protrude a little more
(perhaps I am wrong) Also what is now considered the best breech for the 80, I still have the old white one

    Yes Barry.

Chambers only have one part number for Weihrauch break barrel rifle breach seals --- BS040.

    One seal fits all.

Thanks, are there any better ones for the 80 these days?

The Aussie Custom Seals ones are far superior, I use them in old and new models.

Some of chambers .25 break barrels use OR097 and not the standard BS040. Hth.

Never found one, Barry, though in truth I've never felt the need to look for one, I even use a Weihrauch breech seal in my TX.

It's an O ring though, to cater for the bigger bore.
