    Scope valuation

    Hi all, I have just bought a rapid with a Jap Night Hunter Elite 3-9x56 PA scope on it. Great condition, what's it worth please??

    I'm unsure of the main Brand name. I think Air Arms had the same scope badged for them but with no picture I can't be sure.
    If in very good condition then £75. A badged to rifle manufacturer then £100. The x56 are a tad on the gigantic scale, though popular from mid 1980's onwards until everyone agreed size wasn't everything, glass more important.
    1992 saw the entry of Simons and their WTC's and Tasco take a dive. The industry was seeing a shake up.
