Sadly I'm too busy to do it for Sept 6th. If nobody else can or will and you don't mind waiting until early October I think I can fit you in. I can never promise an accurate date due to having to care for my mother , if she's ill I often have to take time off work to get her to clinics, hospital etc. Random disruptions to work make for extreme difficulty promising a completion date.

I am only aiming for Sept as I wanted to take it to France. If it's not ready then I guess I'll have to make do with the powder burners.

    PM on it's way

Which exact Model 6 is it Nick? If i's the one with a simple (ish!) trigger I have done several of these. I can do it for you. But not before the 31st of this month. Are you going to supply the seals?
video transferred to DVD, USB etc. Old negs and photos scanned to digital media

Nick, I can honestly say they have one of the easiest triggers to disassemble and assemble, not kidding. Once you have done one you will see. The 6 and 5 have the same trigger mechanism.

Do it yourself and it will probably only cost you £17. 95% of the 6's I have repaired only needed a front piston seal (see below)...
