Did you make the blade yourself mate ?

I can’t see myself getting out shooting this weekend, it hasn’t stopped raining all day and same forecast for tomorrow, not that I mind getting wet but its just not as enjoyable. Just thinking about it now as I type, I do have a wood-pile shelter I could ambush a bunny or two from, mmmm, May just do that tomorrow

But them there wabbits will be wanting to stay out of the rain too, Pauly.

Maybe better to delay ambushing ambitions until it's dry and the little buggers are desperate for a feast?

Good point Tone . I’m off to Ireland on Wednesday until 4th Jan so I guess I’ll just have to wait until I return.

Any chance of the weather perking up after the weekend, Pauly? Or will you be busy and getting ready for your little trip?

You WILL be keeping in touch, in'it?

It’s only a dinner date mate but....... who knows ? I’ll see how far I can get with a bit of the ‘ol Cockney charm . She’s quite a tasty woman, very nice personality too but 11 years younger than me mind .

Nothing that ambitious Paul, you know how useless i am at practical stuff mate. It's a blade blank, I'm making a concealed tang stag handled bowie and a full tang stag handled bushcraft knife. I'm making the handle and hilt on the bowie at the mo, I've refinished the edge on the blade then it will want polishing when I'm all done. First time I've ever tried anything like this it's really good fun
