    You might consider employing some thermal imaging equipment, as I've heard that "you know who" may pounce under the cover of darkness.

    I had the same problem, but worse, with mine and got a red seal (yours is green, if I remember correctly), I think from John Knibbs, although it may have been Chambers. Anyway, it was described as "original" and solved the problem.
