Come to think of it, that was the title of a rather catchy rave / trance tune by Sash (mid to late nineties?). Did many a sesh of boxer fit training to that tune.....Go to gym, do weights or the boxer fit stuff or circuit training, smoke a lovely Marlboro "Heavy" as I walked out, much to the disgust of a couple of the girls who went there (who were both really chunky, by the way. They sat in the cafe and ate cakes most of the time.)......home, quick shower and then off down to my local to get hammered and smoke more tabs. Happy days!

Sounds like great days there Tone. I used to go to a gym called the sundowners which had a bar and pool tables. Same as you, do a session, come out, spark up and get pissed!!!!!!
