low power 80

I reduced the power of my 177 80 to use at 10m & 6yd targets, but have now got a 99 for this. So i put a couple of power washers back in the 80 which has brought it up to an average of 8.1.
What sort of power would this be if i swopped the barrrel & made it a 22 or a 20 ?.
