.177 air arms field loose in Daystate magazine

Good evening, I have owned my Daystate air ranger for many years and always used air arms field. They have always fitted in the magazine and shot accurately until the last couple of tins I have purchased. I had not bought any for quite a long time as I had quite a few in reserve.
They now seem loose in the magazine and every other one refuses to enter the breech and when I remove the magazine I can see a small indentation on the pellet like it's hitting something rather than going in cleanly?

    Have air arms pellets changed?

Have you checked the size of the pellet?
4.50's fall back out of my magazine but 4.51/2/3 all work fine.

Try fitting a new O ring to the mag.
