The older Ultra mmc has a low breech and separate hammer and valve housing. The valve housing is made of steel. The transfer port is a thick and short one for single shot models.

The newer Ultra mmc has a higher breech, which means that the barrel floats higher above the air cylinder. The hammer and valve housing consists of 1 tube. The valve sits in a brass part that goes in this tube. The transfer port is a long one for single shot models, with a thick base.

This means that you should be careful when ordering spare parts.

    Difference

I think the older ones had a 10" barrel as opposed to the later 12" barrel .
