Sussex Interclub HFT 2018 - Round 9 @ Buxted Sunday 30th September

The 9th Round of the SIHFT series is being held at Buxted on the 30th September.

The address is ; Scantlings Farm, Barn Lane, Framfield, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 5RX

The competition is open to all safe shooters with sub 12ft/lb air rifles and from any of the five hosting clubs (Swallows, Ford, Horsham Hawks, Mile Oak and Buxted) as well as teams from our established visiting clubs (Iden Fern, Meon Valley and MAD).

Other individuals will also be welcomed; all we ask is for a brief heads up that you would like to join us by dropping Simmmo, Myself or Charles Peal a PM (charles44).

Gates will open at 8.00am with booking in commencing at 9.00am.

The shoot will start at 10.00am after a safety briefing scheduled for around 9.50am. You must be at the safety briefing if you intend to shoot in the competition.

Please remember: if you want to shoot with a specific person, don't leave booking-in to the last minute as you may be disappointed!

Cost £8.00
Juniors (under 17) £5.00

The course will be set to current 2018 UKAHFT rules.

PLEASE NOTE;
After booking in has been completed 3 pegs will be chosen randomly and those shooters booked on those pegs will be chronoed prior to the shoot commencing. For example if there are 3 shooters / peg then all 9 competitors will be chronoed.

Catering will be provided care of Mandy from around 8am.

Parking will be in the usual field or the next field up the lane weather permitting but if not around the farm, please ensure you do not block any work areas or storage units and allow space for farm machinary to get through without taking lumps out of your vehicle!
When driving through the farm please go at walking pace.

Please note; For those that weren't able to attend the Sussex Open 50 in aid of MIND last weekend, there will be a collection tin on the booking in desk.
Further funds have been received during the week via social media and the total stands at £930.00, with a little more help it would be great to push this total over £1000, thank you in advance.
