    TX Bullpup

    https://imgur.com/a/r2COWLc

Had an urge to convert a tx to a bullpup, still in the rough stage but has promise.
I can see why nobody does springer bullpup kits but quite a few pcp kits around.

    Respect.

I see you're going towards the style of the Daystate SR92 stock?

    Design !

I think you ought to rethink it , and start with a articulated cocking link .

What advantage would that be over current set up ? Can you show me an example of your efforts.

Should add that all work so far has been done using basic tools.

They're very nice, pity they're not made anymore.

Stock is made from scrap salvaged from an old french sleigh bed

    Thanks

Never seen one before, stock has evolved into what it is with no real plan to what it'd be like. Just picked up the angle grinder, chainaw, router and sander and attacked it

Thanks pal .. my trouble is I don't know when to stop . Trigger set up has gone through many phases until I was happy with it and stock design has changed several times too

here's one i've been considering. I think the benefit of this approach might be 'less slack...more direct feedback'

Tried that method, simple enough on a PCP .. not so easy on a springer. Couldn't get linkage to line up, kept binding and jamming. May have helped if I had expensive machines to ensure everything was cut/drilled straight.

    A few more pics https://imgur.com/a/TzbNH8x

Needs a bit more sanding, a bit of stippling, the trigger sorting (too far away from grip ), the butt pad sorting and a few coats of oil.

Then the small problem of how to mount a scope

A good platform for a bullpup , no cocking links to get in your way
