Of course it is, as long as it's registered there. But the car will not have a firearms marker as Gavlar said. Anyone could be driving it.

So they COULD do a PNC check on the move, get the address, assume that you are the registered keeper of the car, guess your age, do a PNC name check and see the PNC firearms marker.

Your car doesn't have a police marker on it just because you have an FAC. You as an FAC holder will have one and your address will have one also.
