What would you prefer out of these two? I have always loved the hw100 and had serval over the years. Never had a r10 but I would consider a tuned one

I've got a HW100, lovely rifle accurate and point able.
However, I still have a hankering for a laminate stocked R10SE super carbine, but reports of barrel and regulator issues are off putting though.
A ratworks tuned (or bowket blueprinted) one should solve the regulator issues.
+ 1 For a J Bowkett blueprint & reg change £200-250ish. My se barrel didn't need changing after his re-crowning/tuning work, even though he said it may need changing beforehand (lucky 4 me it didn't) ! Very honest fella and easy to talk with on the phone. Don't forget he designed to rifle for bsa too

BSA R10 se .177 walnut, bowkett blueprint & reg'd, optisan 6-24x50 ffp - BSA T10 scorp .22 tac, xtx huma reg'd & tuned, hwk tac 30 8.5-25x42 - A&M mods
I have HW100 KT untouched and a BSA r10 XTX air tuned both great rifles.
Both very good rifles but, being honest, I'd stick with the HW100 - It just feels more slick and solid.
All of the above.
R10 for me, very low shot count on the hw,
