    That's a shame, but good luck to him. Dave at SCR recommended Colin a couple of weeks ago, looks like he's going to need another bluer now!

    Good luck to Colin for the future, he must have his reasons for his decision.

    Does anyone know who bought his equipment from him and if the work will be on par with Colin's?

    There may be some positive news on the horizon for blueing soon. Colin has sold his gear this is true, I believe the person who bought his gear will be up and running in the not too distant future but I don't have a date yet. I will let the forum know if I am told first! Please don't hassle me for info as I don't yet know myself, I will tell you when I know facts, no guesses or maybes!

    Perhaps not who you'd send something vintage to for restoration though.
