It is not possible in modern times for someone to patent someone else's patent in another country, the patent examiners will see to that. So no one can be accused of knocking off other people's ideas in their patent. In the very unlikely event that this were to happen, then the second patent would be easily invalidated and a lot of money in patent expenses would go down the drain.
The devil will be in the detail and I am sure that if you studied the various patents, you would find that the claims refer to different specialised innovations in the design and the construction.
