I'm open to offers - the valuation was made by forum members so I used that price but I'll consider offers by PM.
Again, I wont post the rifle because I don't know who it's going to.
Once sold I will add the sale price to this thread.

In British slang an anorak is a person who has a very strong interest in niche subjects.

Most people who sell on here don't know who their item is going to.
You are limiting your sale options.
Sam
If the buyer is a minor, I don't think "I didn't know" will go down very well. If people want to take the chance that's up to them. But saying that other people do it doesn't mean it's right.
I'll deliver locally, maybe upto 50 miles or so, but I'll still not post it.
Up to you, of course...
Taken from my stickie on posting airguns in Sales:
To protect yourself when selling to an unknown buyer via the post, you should at minimum demand a declaration from the buyer that they are aged over 18. If you have any doubts then ask for documentary proof.
If you sell to someone under 18 you commit a criminal offence. But you have a defence "if you can prove that you believed the young person was over 18 or that you had reasonable grounds for believing so". For more info see the BASC/ACPO guide to the VCR Act <HERE>
