Anywhere to shoot air rifles in Oxford?

Friend is going to Oxford Brooks.

Only has a bicycle.

Oxford Rifle club - Prone only
Oxford Pistol club - Pistol only
City of Oxford Rifle Club doesn't seem to be in the city.

So any suggestions. Needs to be 30min cycle from Oxford Brooks, OX3 0BP
