I would put it over a chrono first mate, they can develop leaks caused by wear and it's nor an easy fix, could work out expensive, atb Daz

Should there be a leak with a springer?

Not a spring, a gas ram.

I think it's fair to say from the title that this one has been converted to spring

I'd Value it a bit less than the equivalent HW80, so anything from £100 - £200 depending on condition. If only a few scratches, maybe £150-£175 ? The trigger is not as good as a rekord.

The original post stated a springer I'm guessing a 90 was purely a gas ram and the OP assumed springer as it was a break barrel.

maybe.. I assumed it had been converted to spring, as it's easy to do. Sounds like we need the OP to confirm..

Looking into the psychology of it, if you're just asking for a rifle valuation, why would you put "springer" on the thread, surely you'd just ask how much is a HW90 worth, as we all know they are rammers unless it's been converted to a springer, the only time I would put up such a thing is if I had a Supersport with a drop in ram or if there could be some confusion with another rifle with the same name, as in BSA Goldstar or Goldstar SE PCP.

    But I may be wrong.
