I've had three 1st. pattern, all sold, but only one 2nd. pattern, which I still have, and after talking to other collectors it would seem the 2nd. pattern is the more difficult one to find.

A while ago I started a thread on how many Webley Mk.1 rifles were still in existence, but don't intend to do one on the 1st. and 2nd. pattern Service rifles. I'll leave that to someone else.
there were aprox 1000 of each series but no excact figures and yes appears the 2nd series seem more rarer or fewer of than others. I cant remember if i have 1 or 2 first series

    mk2 series 1.

A bit heavy on price even for a nice one but if you can sell for that price fair enough.
