Corrosion loosend the barrel fit in the housing.
Cure we found was welding the barrel to the housing.
Problem solved. Can take pictures if needed.
Thanks for the offer but there is no problem with a loose barrel. It was one of the first things I checked as I once owned a HW77 where the barrel almost fell off and the barrel/cylinder was just junked. Repeated dry firing was the probable cause.
