    Brian ,
A quick search in the reviews section will find a write up and then a folllow up that I did .
    http://www.airgunbbs.com/showthread....-Puncher-NP-02
You can pick one up from around £310 upwards .
Liquid Steel Designs are doing them with a fettled trigger and a silencer for just over £400.
I've not seen any for sale 2nd hand , so that says a lot .
Buy one , enjoy it , and be glad that you have not paid three times the price for something that does exactly the same . Sure you may have to fill it up a couple of times more to get the shot count of others , but how often do you use over 150 shots ?

I did ask the same on here not long ago there's a post floating around here with a good right up that one member done I took the plunge and got one first impressions was wow great gun and I shot it with a few different pellets to see what it liked then I noticed I was getting a odd flyer more than I wanted at about 30 yards I new it was not me I put it over a chorno and it was all over with about a full pound and half in a mag shot string I contacted "right range" who imported them they took it back in no problem they also said after they sorted the power issues that they were not happy with the crowning they sorted that and set it back quickly it shoots pellet on pellet no probs I found that mine likes Crossman ultra mags and also bisley mags they are a lot gun for the money there are a few other guns on the market that are using the same action that says something

my "variable QC" post earlier was prompted by a club member having basically the same experience you just described...
