    Red dot recommendation

Are there any recommended red dot finders that are affordable and won't self destruct on a Springer?

Do you mean the laser that shines a dot on to the actual target, or the sight on the rifle that has a dot to vaguely aim in the right direction.

I tried a cheapy version a few years back & didn't like it & never had one since but my mate swears by a Hawke RD30 as the red dot must have.
