    Snider 577 bits

    I have 17 ndfs cases £50 posted
    18 kynock cases £45 posted
    Die expanding and bullet seating with case shell holder £40 posted
    And 130 lead bullets not lubed £60 posted

    what size , weight and shape are the bullets please ?

    Thay are 500 gr and out of a lee mould 90481

    snider

    butting in time,
    if the bullets are out of the Lee mould they will be 577ish,
    snider uses a 585-590, as it is breach loading,
    the 577 are intended for muzzle loading,

    My Snider I had was a muzzle loading then converted to breach loading with the same iron barrel the 577 shot well out of it

    Most Snider shooters prefer the Mk.III with the locking breech as being safer. They all had steel barrels. Mine was .592" across lands.
