HW50S .177/TX200 mk3 spring

I have recently got a 99 in 177, which was running right up near the limit from the start. I got it for the mpl & 10m shooting, so have been slowly reducing power & it is currently just under 9, but has got twangy, accuracy is good though.
On Saturday i decided to get another 99 in 22 this time for work, i have a gardening business & occasionally do a bit of pest control, & shooting rats close up with a 177 80 & 95 pellets were zipping straight through them. So got the 22 but power is very poor & inconsistent, the spring is the lame length as the 177 one, & i have removed 2 coils & compressed that slightly.
I have a tx spring so might try that in mine, it will be interesting, i'm after mid 10's & i'll be happy with that
