    [QUOTE=Riffler;7615911]Love my little 30s in .22.
    I fitted a Bisley adjustable pad to mine to improve the reach, very pleased with it.
    Accurate out to stupid distances with Hobbys, of all pellets.

    Very nice, though I have not copied the photo over to save space on the post.

    Can I ask which mounts you have on this Airmax/30s combination please. When I tried to fit a Hawke Vantage 32mm ao scope with Sportsmatch lows to my 30s's I get the ao collar fouling the barrel so I have to fit mediums.

    Thanks.

    Portzy,

    While more expensive, I would seriously recommend BKL mounts - in my experience, much superior to SportsMatch.

    Our top shot has won our HFT Comp on non windy days with his 7ftlbs 30s a couple of times.
    He just worked out his mildots to 45yds and lobs them in!

    He uses a rubber butt extension that slips over the end of the butt and adds a few inches.

    Might work for you.

    Cheers,
    Matt.

    In my experience I find the exact opposite. I had a bad experience with a set of two piece BKLs when one of the 'legs' failed to pull in to the exact same amount as the other mount causing cross over.
