What’s on your airgun agenda for 2019?

Mine is probably participating in my first high end gun auction and probably finding out I’m a small time player. Lol

It might not be 'collectable' as such, but I would like to get hold of a Baikal MP-651k. I just need to sell a few of my lesser used pistols first!

I am going to take up 20 yard target pistol shooting; I can't easily get to a 'proper' 10m range now...

Get the hang of shooting my "Senior".

Fix the valve on my Zastava GP45 and finally get it working properly.

    Melbourne airgun fair!
Too many guns, or not enough time?

Once I have managed to get the first gun in the house then I would love to get my first air rifle back again, I know it has come in for a lot of stick on here as I have searched - it was a Webley Hawk MKII... Seeing what a panning it has had on here I want to see how I managed to hit so many rabbits with it when I was a kid. I stopped counting when I got to 200. I did live on a rabbit infested farm though but with my rose-tinted specs I swear I hit more than I missed once I had my eye in. Not sure how collectable it is but have seen them about for sub £100 so will be seeing what comes up towards the end of the year.

Well, I have managed three out of the above five, all in the space of four days!

In the past week I have:
    1. Purchased a Baikal MP-651k from Freeads.
    2. Got my Zastava back together and tested at the club.
    3. Successfully got the bell target ringing through the 1/2 inch plate with my Senior!

The 20 yard range I am going to shoot at is currently closed for a couple of months, and I will just have to wait until April for the Melbourne airgun fair...

I bought 13 webley pistols last year and worked out the 3 I required for semi completion are
    The 2 pre war seniors
    And a mark 2 target.
Save my money and get these three.......
    So far...
    A Nemesis £30
    A post war Junior £50
    And a June 1964 Senior £120.
All good buys but not the biggies I wanted!

I have decided my main agenda for 2019 will be a new pistol build project. This time I am changing tack a bit and it is a post-1950 German design, rather than a pre-1950 British design as previous. The pistol in question is the incredbly rare Haenel 55R repeater. I am about a third the way there and there are some major challenges ahead, but the effort will be well worth it if I can see it through:
