Richard's prototype looks utterly lovely in that stock, and not too long either.
I was reading an article by Tom Gaylord - He said the R10 (85) was a full pound lighter than an R1 (80), and smaller in every dimension... so I suppose that includes cylinder length... mind you, he went on to say that all HW springers were named after their stroke in 'mm' - even including the HW35 !
That is correct! Well, all except the HW45, HW25, HW30, HW35, HW50, HW85, HW95, HW97, HW98 and HW99
