Spoke to Steve, one of the potential Bash newbies from Saturday today. He's already got the Daystate. Well, on Saturday he managed to prise a "cosmetically challenged" early '80 from his brother in law and rang me today for some stripping / tuning tips. Sounds like he and his friend are well and truly catching the bug and on course for an April boingery visit.

Havent been hunting since before the last bash mate. Lifes been rather busy just lately. Ive just bought another hw80 off the sales section to use as the basis for a .25 hw80 that ive been dreaming about for yonks. Need to get a .25 barrel ordered for it . Hows you bud?

I’m doing fine thanks mate, getting out and about and got into a bit of mole-trapping lately, getting an early start on the squirrels tomorrow hopefully.
I love my HW80 in .25, it’s what they were made for, I really must get it out again soon.
