    Very saddening is that, Mick.

I know you've soldiered on and put up with this for nigh on a year and a half now, Mick, and that sometimes these long term conditions sort of become a "new kind of normal" and you sort of grudgingly accept your lot and just get on with things as best you can, but it must surely be worth pursuing some effective treatment now? I know it can be dis-heartening when other treatments have failed to resolve your issues, but there has to be something?

All the very best to you.

Only spent two hours in the hide this morning Tone before my feet turned to ice, I bagged one squirrel though.

All toasty now matey. It seemed like a good idea to get over there at sun up to join the squizzers for breakfast but the frost was very thick on the ground and I was sat there for two hours before the solitary tree rat showed up.... brrrrr

This evening I've been mainly polishing the Gamo piston (only weighs 142g ) and measuring up, and making a template, for a piston sleeve.

Hi Alan I’ve actually got those exact wellies mate. I rarely feel the cold in general but I’ve always suffered cold feet in low temps if I’m not moving around. The Muckboots are excellent though.

Had a pair about 7 years, tatty as fxxx, but lovely and warm. Bugger all grip on wet grass on a hill though, even when they were new, tread looks impressive, but doesn't work well
