Thanks mate, he’s a little rescue Pomeranian from Dogs Trust, and we collect him on Tuesday

We’ve got another one that we rescued a few years ago and they got on well when they met today

Today I popped down to the local dive centre in Newhaven to get my bottle filled up and part of the unit has been let to a guy who is beginning a small airgun selling business and club. He has a cracking little indoor plinking range which is absolutely perfect for teaching my boy how to shoot his HW30. Fantastic

    Great news, Mike.

Have you started "resizing" the 30 stock for him yet?

    Hey Pauly,

Just done a quick search re the Alecto matey.

Google up "Zoraki HP 01 strip down" and you'll see a guide on the SA Forum. Might be of use?

To be fair, Pauly, it looks more like valve work. May be a little use, though?

    What's it doing?

It’s easy enough to take apart and reassemble Tone, click on the attached, I’ve circled where I think the problem lies, this part engages and disengages when you cock and after you fire but I think it’s a bit ‘stuck’/maybe ‘dry’ ?

As for my Avatar, I think it’s because I mentioned dogs in reply to Paul SE’s post and the Avatar is a pic of Brad Pitt as an Irish character with a broad accent in Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels...... I think . It’s very hard to decipher the meanings of my Avatars sometimes as the Phantom Avatar Changer has a very, very warped mind

Can't really tell from da little piccy what the part is / does, Pauly.

However, if it's still out of the gun I'd have thought that any light oil would be fine, as previously mentioned. Work the part a good few times and then dry any excess lube off. If you then have a little moly powder or Bumslide, mix a little with some lightweight engine oil and lube with that. Might work? Unless anyone more au fait with these has any further advice?

Mmmm.....Lock, Stock. It's a long time since I saw that. Must watch again sometime soon.

Did you ever rumble the identity of the PAC?
