    Brilliant news, John!

And I guess you'll have a massive choice of open sighted oldies to pick from for those new targets.

Any idea what you might be bringing along?

Look forward to seeing you on "Chilled Sunday".

I was talking to one of my customers yesterday when he was picking his bike up. He rode a horse once. And that'll be the first and last time, he said. Said he was sliding about all over the place, getting royally knocked about whilst all the time hanging on for grim death by the flimsy reins with 'nowt to hang on to.

At least he is the boss of all of his GSs 136 ponies!

Has the little Grom been for a play in the sunshine today, matey?
‘‘Tis strange not having handlebars on a horse. I took the battery off the Grom in November and put it on an Optimate, I was only thinking today that I should put the battery back on tomorrow and go for a spin.

Good plan, Pauly. Warmer again tomorrow and a bit cooler at the weekend, so tomorrow''s sounding very promising for a spin on the little 'un.

Oh bugger, I forgot to update the payment list today.

In my defence it was such a nice day I've spent the day working on Quigley Hollow.

I've stacked about six tones of firewood by the fire --- that should keep Bongo busy for an hour or two.

    Mick; you're a star.

And what a lovely day to be spending at our beloved and special place.

    Was the traffic okay?

Any more mysterious springs appeared on the local road signs?

Funny you should ask that, Tone, when I was looking left to cross the road at dinner time I saw something moving on the grass verge about 100 yards away, so I carried on watching --- It was only bloody Bambi.

I'll be out with my binoculars tomorrow to try and spot the herd.

Shout up and let us know you're okay, chaps. Missing you all.
Sorry chaps, the curse of bad timing has buggered the last 2 or 3 bashes for me and it has got this one as well. Next week I fly off to Budapest to video a new darts scoring system, I get back with just enough time to visit a friend with terminal cancer and then on Saturday we fly out to the Benidorm Open. Foiled again....

Well, won't you just take a look at that beauty!

    Absolutely lovely, cheers Graham.

Although I've searched high and low over the entire length and breadth of our fair isle, it does seem that these most beautiful of things only manage to exist around the Leicestershire / Warwickshire borders.

Very rare and very well done on managing to take the image.

Phew! Sounds like the traffic's getting to be more of a nightmare down there these days. Have you spoken to the council re some traffic calming measures / pedestrian crossing?
