Did you go to the Kempton fair in March?.

I managed to sneak out for the duration of the event, I'll get hung if she finds out
I came home with a fair condition smoothbore BSA Breakdown model from 1933, and a rather nice 'Precision' branded model rifle from the 1920's/30's, probably made by Venuswaffenwerk/Tell.
I'm we can find time to have a chat about our vintage aquisitions.

This reminded me of your semi-auto replica pistol collection Clogger with the accent on attractive grips. It set me on the same path & I'm now looking for 1911, Beretta 92 etc, pellet or bb models to keep my Makarov company.

Looking forward to seeing you at the Bash.

(out of stock, and they are not likely to get more). Mine had a completely bodged up arrangement when I got it, and I would like to get something better made. I can pretty much postulate the dimensions from the spring, the screw and other parts which I have, but it would really be nice to be able to measure a real one. Hi Michael
I have both 1st and 3rd Series BSA (rather than LJ) rifles that I could bring along, but I'm not sure what the breech plug fixing type is on either of them.
Perhaps I'll bring them both for an airing anyway
    See you there, Clogger

I think because of Mick's insurance it is sub 12ft/lb.
However, any type of sub 12ft/lb rifle is welcome

Well, the sun's out and it's lovely here. The bonhomie is already flowing nicely. From my reclining lounger, which I've had to move into the shade, I can see some lovely peeps have lit the fire.

    Perfick.
