    Webley Service - Breach seal

    Hello

Can anyone please advise on changing the breach seal on a Webley Service?
It seems Chambers do not stock the seal any longer , so will probably buy from
    Mr. Knibbs.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

Fitted a replacement some years ago,I think it involved drilling a tiny hole in the existing seal in order to persuade it out with a dentist's pick.

Tread carefully, there's a brass insert in there as well.

    Hi Sam,

I bought my last seal on t'bay and it fits fine with no additional work required. Removal is as advised, a fins pick/tweezers.

If my memory serves me right, I replaced the seal with a red fibre washer many years ago. It worked (works) fine.
