    I've used a very small amount of RRG (literally a little finger dab smeared the full length of the spring) and then rubbed a bit of high moly content paste on top. At the end of it there's very little there but just enough to stop the spring being completely dry.

    I just use a tub of castrol moly grease but I also have a tub of Venomol grease which I have have had since I was at school! (50 in Oct) Still half full too.
