So you took the stroke down to that of a HW35, Nick ?

I hate people who just pick up an old HW80 on the off chance.

    Swines all of them.

I would prefer to keep the original stroke and just tinker with a soft spring and keep it original even if it didn't feel like a 99
but its your gun and at least you are not changing the bore and piston
I have three, one standard, one at 12mm and one at 15mm reduction.

Imagine that, a gun that shoots like an HW35 but (and this is the important bit) doesn't look like an HW35!?

Yes, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, Nick.

It must be right because Mrs Tinbum told me so.

poor woman didn't realise his head extension would lead to a much shorter stroke before taking the plunge...
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

Very nice mate, I hope you will be bringing your new toy to the bash in april bud. I'm still mulling over stock options at the minute for mine. I need to get a barrel ordered and have a play with the internals first though. Should keep me busy for a bit

Sportswaffen Schneider did the carbined threaded barrel for £110 delivered and once you'd provided proof of age it was delivered to your door.
