Doesn't compute!
Are you talking about lubricating cast bullets?
What lube do you use to resize your bullets after casting,? Iv been using Lee resizing lube in the 2oz tube
but figure there must be a better/cheeper product in general use. Tim

Nope. After casting bullets my .357" ones come out slightly larger at .360" so I size them down to .357". Iv been using Lee resizing lube but wondered
if theres anything better out there.
use lee alox in a tub and tumble the bullets
also i have used a thin smear of imperial wax

Tried Alox once but found it got too thick when re-lubed after sizing. Gummed stuff up. Iv not tried Imperial wax though.
Had thought about trying something like olive oil but not done as yet.
thin alox down

What would you thin it down with ?
place lee alox bottle in boiling water etc o soften then thin with white spirits

That's what the barrel is there for. I've never sized my .38 bullets in fifty years of shooting.

Hi tac. My 357, 44, 303 and 308 bullets all drop out of the mold on the slightly large size. I size them down to the required diameter
using Lee dies lubricating them with Lee sizing lube which works well but wondered what others use to size their bullets. Tim
liquid Alox as recomended by the sizing Die maker, used sparingly I dont find it gumming stuff up?

Surely Lee resizing lube is for cases? (if this the white paste)
As said above cast them then tumble in thinned alox.
I use a mix of johnsons paste wax and alox thinned down a little.
Rattle them around with the gloop in an old ice cream container then lay them out on greaseproof paper on old baking trays.
I do this on sunny days and leave them outside to dry off.
Don't bother sizing them but if you feel you have to - do it after aloxing them.
Yep, for cases but it works well for bullets sizing too, just a tad expensive. I tried using Alox which comes with the sizing die but
found it gummed my loading dies up hence my original post. Will try mixing some white spirit in as not done so as yet. Tim
i use liquid Alox and as others have best thin it down
