    Webley Service Sear Question

Hopefully this isn't a silly question but....

I have 2 Services, on one the trigger is much lighter than desirable and the other, the sear slips.

I'm aware that the sear will need re-hardening if I stone it but what about the piston notch? Presumably this was case hardened?

    Steve.

Thanks for that. I'm wondering though, whether the sear edge will just round off again in due course if it isn't hardened.
