Would this cause a reaction with the bluing?.

I would think not but thought I would ask just in case. I want to put a brass strip under a full barrel band to add a little interest and to take out a small amount of slack. My question is would the brass react with the bluing in a nasty way?, many thanks guys.

All my Titan PCP rifles had brass bands with no problems.
