The Mod 50, covering the 3 ball trigger is covered in the Idiots Guide sticky in Collectibles, 61, 62 and 92.
The 35 is a bit simpler to strip down but has the same trigger.
I have instructions for the 35 and if your profile has an e mail I will send them to yoy ... but there is nothing really tricky about it.
    Cheers, Phil
Just looked. No e mail. If you send it to me by PM I will send 35 details.

    Spring compressor helps a lot.

Just remember to grease the balls before re-insertion. 😨😳😊

There was also a pretty good guide on Mr Gaylord's PyramydAirBlog recently (a month or so ago-ish?) with some good piccies and tips re the trigger on a 27, which I'm guessing is the same?

IMHO spring compressor is a must as a lot of preload on spring.

Just finished rebuilding a pre-war 35, built like a tank. It has the two stage trigger like the MK1 Webley Mk 3. Selling at Kempton Park Show on 24th.

You can never have too much ball greasing in one thread, Geezer.

    Thumbs up

These are the parts that you'll be removing/refitting, These are from a mod50 that i've been putting off rebuilding due to arthritic hands!!, I stripped and rebuilt several of them years ago and didn't have a spring compressor but can't grip stuff too well these days!, I may have a bash as I have some four and five foot sash clamps now to compress them!!

This is how it should look when rebuilt..

    Good luck

I'm glad you posted this Alan as I have just finished putting a mod 27 back together. Greasy balls aside, the main thing was to get the inner and outer cage lined up in the correct orientation.
