    Bsa standard

    Picked one up yesterday serial number s47578 am i right in thinking this was made 1912 not sure how to upload pictures

    If the gun has a push button under lever, and it has a rounded pistol grip on the stock, or more angular pistol grip with the letters BSA raised in the checkered panel it is much later ( late 1920's to early 1930's). If it has a bayonet ended lever, or a lever with a side button present, then it is much earlier. Clear Photo's would make identification much easier.
