Webley raider 2 very loud please help

I current own a webley raider 2 and find it to have a very loud spring type noise from the trigger end somewhere on firing.
I was after some help with what it could be and ways of quietening it down.

Maybe spring twang? Could be sorted by using a spring guide, I've never had that problem on one myself but they always sound like a wet fart vector the valving lol.

Fit a de pinger in the air tube. What power is it doing? Power goes up noise goes up.

It's resonance inside the air cylider, they are known for it. As mentioned above fit a de-pinger inside the cylinder if you can be bothered.

I've seen de-pingers made from a section of baby bottle cleaning brush and also a bit of squashed garden hose! Both worked a treat

I have a raider - and the people above are right - it needs a depinger!

I put a de - pinger in my Raider, but it didn't work. Does the de-pinger have to be near the inlet valve??. I got my one from Isp.
